Lux Lash & Brow Bar

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due at the appointment. I require no less than 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations to your appointment. Any changes, cancellations, or failure to attend within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit/ a charge of 50% of the service cost for the no-show. All clients must confirm their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation. A reminder text and/or email will be sent 72 hours before the appointment. Clients must respond to confirm their appointment within 24 hours of receiving this reminder. Please notify me if you are running late. Late arrivals beyond 10 minutes, out of respect for other appointments, will need to reschedule, resulting in the deposit being forfeited or a fee being charged.
