Booking & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due at the time of service. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Frequent cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in a 75% charge of the service cost. I ask that clients confirm their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. A reminder text and/or email will be sent 72 hours before your appointment. If you do not confirm within 24 hours of receiving this reminder, your appointment may be subject to cancellation. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, resulting in the loss of their deposit or a late fee.
